In Vietnam, the flood is very dangerous. It can destroy everything like: house, pets, food, etc. However, we must have the solution about it. In the central of Vietnam, It is having a flood which destroy all the houses. The water of it is very high. So I am having the solution to help the people in the central or in the world. First is about the food: we should make banh chung because it is very convenient. The noodles can be very fast but it is very poisonous. Second is about the clothes and some things we need: we can donate for them. Do you know the rice ATM? It helps the people with having a rice bag. The Vietnamese went to rescue the human in flood area. We should see the weather forecast and the sky. The President of Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh said:
